Transport Management FAQ
You define distance-based fare zones for each route, for example 0β5 km and 5β10 km. Each stop belongs to a zone, and allocating a student to that stop bills the zone's fee automatically.
Save the new allocation. Future dues are billed at the new zone's rate, and the allocation history keeps a record of the change.
Yes. The trip attendance screen marks boarding and alighting for each student on each trip.
Yes. Expiring documents appear on the transport dashboard, and you can turn on SMS and email alerts from the alert settings screen.
